In this project, I wanted to explore abandoned buildings and their history. I came up with this idea that showed the past of the building. I used film on a longer exposure, around 5secs each time and asked the model to move just her face, to create the ghost- like blurred face. I wanted to take away her face to give the impression that she was in the past. I did this to create a subtle eerie feel to my images. 

 

Shot on black & white film and I develpoed the images myself in a dark room.
